Issues with San d'Oria mission 2-3 in Bastok

Hello,

I just reached out to a GM and they asked me to come here. I'm doing San d'Oria mission 2-3 and I have gotten the required Onz of Mythril Sand to give to the lady in the embassy. I have been trying to trade it to her for 20 minutes. My character Griffca has currently logged off in front of her and the Sand is in my inventory if you want to verify it. Please do what you can to address this issue. I don't want to skip the mission, I really want to kill the Dark Dragon over in Windurst.
