Cannot do dancer's bangles AF quest

I've done 5/6 of the AF quest items 10 years ago. I never did the gloves because they were useless until +2. However, now I cannot do the glove quest. I've tried talking to ogald in upper jeuno, he says nothing. I've tried talking to mattias, trading him the items, and he says nothing. I've even tried going to the AF quest reset NPC and the option doesn't exist because I've never obtained the gloves.

What am I doing wrong?

Figured it out, was supposed to talk to matthias in the present.
