It matters little how buffed the dd's are in abyssea or out, marches will still add a similar boost. If double marches make you attack X% faster, the melees having insane atmas and better gear now does not make that X% less valuable. If you really want to calculate it out, it actually improves the actual DPS bonus when you mean a static number and not a %. You don't hear people saying that with all these abyssea buffs that there isn't much point in stacking haste or casting the haste spell anymore... Basically you need to look at the math behind your claim.
