I'm incredibly frustrated with the technical issues I've encountered trying to come back to this game years later. I have an Intel HD 4000 graphics card and Windows 7 on the laptop I'm using, I meet all the specifications needed, and yet character models won't render for me in the game. I made sure that my card is updated to the current driver, and it still hasn't fixed the issue. I've even tried going back to an earlier driver, but I'm unable to manually install it. Any advice would be appreciated, though I think I'll likely just have to cancel my subscription since I'm receiving no help from the game's technical support.
