More chances at currency from union spoils maybe? Rather than 1-2 pieces per battle per union tops, even after over an hour of battling, maybe something that might make more people want to participate? Treasure pool space at the end is kind of limited, though... but would rather see currency than some of the smilodon hides, strength potions, etc., especially considering the length of a campaign battle and the lotting competition (if it brings in more participants).
A 1-hour campaign with a maximum of even 6-7 pieces of currency per union does not seem threatening at all to Dynamis, since at highest only one character would be getting that many pieces per hour (can't be in more than one union), and if that's the case, I wouldn't imagine there are many people in other unions to make them drop much. Players still need Dynamis for the base weapon and later trials anyway. I haven't checked the frequency of all campaign battles, though, maybe 6/battle with 5 full unions (30/battle) & 6 battles at a time (180/hour or so) starts to make it seem like a lot overall, though individual players might only get 1-2 pieces if lucky in that situation.
Still something I was wondering about while trying to figure out getting a Dynamis group together for splitting currency someday (do not have the interest needed for it at this point).
At least on Bismarck, it's been difficult to play with lv.61-70 jobs in Campaign because I usually don't live very long without anyone around, and sometimes no one would show up so I could do anything without needing reraise. It's hard to enjoy anymore.
That dragging-away monsters has also been annoying, though, esp. if a PLD/WAR/whatever they are is holding all the monsters where they come in. Some have been doing that with the entire incoming wave.
