"Tali'ah Crackows +2" is a new item added in the recent FFXI patch released on october the 11th 2017.
This item is an upgrade from the already existing "Tali'ah Crackows +1" and is one of 25 new upgraded +2 items released in this patch.
All the upgraded items follow a specific model in which stats are increased from the +1 to the +2 version and by how much.
The only exception in this model is "Tali'ah Crackows +2".
It's the only item out of 25 that didn't have its special stat upgraded from the +1 to the +2 version.
This special stat is "Pet: Haste +7%". The value appearently remained the same from the +1 to the +2 version.
This is strange, as I mentioned it's the only piece out of 25 where this is happening.
I suspect this could be a text error (the item gives 8% but says 7% only) or it could be something that skipped SE's attention.
I think it's worth checking if they really meant for this item to be the only exception that doesn't upgrade that special stat out of all the 25 items.
