I had recently went out and purchased an Ultimate Collection of FFXI for my PS3(Backwards Compatibility) lone behold I get all the information in, and I go to pick the server where all my friends are, and its not on the list.

Would it be possible to open up the Server List for those that are being merged? cause I'm sitting here with a POL account that I can't even actually use until the server merge has happened.

They won't open up the server before the merge because of all the people last time who thought it would be fun to make characters on the destination world with the names of characters from the world that was going to be merged just so people would have to change their names. I'm glad they shut down the character creation on these worlds this time. SE let everyone know about the merge and the fact that character creation was being shut down on those worlds a while ago. This is why they have playonline.com and now these forums so that people can actually read about what is going on.
