when a weapon or armor with the stat "Weapon skill accuracy+",
Does it increase physical acc only or does it affect magic acc and does it affect additional status effects as well?

I'm very curious about this stat too and have been wondering about it for a long while. I would like to hear from SE about it

I'm really not expecting any answer from SE soon, something like this is either a hit or miss in terms of getting a answer and even then usually takes a few months for a answer, however gotta ask in order to stand a chance i suppose

Logically it should otherwise what would be the point in it instead of acc, racc, macc. Though additional effects idk that's probably counted separate but god would it be hard to test

My understanding is that it's just physical accuracy. Magic WS (resist state) and added effects (proc rate) are affected by magic accuracy.

Any relevant dev statements on this matter are all pretty old though, so current confirmation would be appreciated.

this question popped into mind to me also today when reviewing the new equipment.

thought it would be nice if it were physical/ranged/magical for any weaponskill. otherwise there is no point in paying attention to in imo.

It's a pretty useless effect regardless, as there is generally better options for accuracy if you need to add it. 1 Weapon skill accuracy is the same as 1 accuracy for everything else, so why get weapon skill accuracy when you can just get accuracy?

I suppose it would have had a little more meaning if it worked on alL WS and not just physical ones, but there are better magic accuracy items as well.
