Still Can't summon Chocobo mount

Steps:
1.) Enter a zone where a mount can be summoned
2.) Go to the "Mount" Menu
3.) Select Chocobo from the Menu
4.) Nothing happens
5.) Select a different mount, and can do so

I'm posting this again, because someone didn't quite get it fixed the first time and moved my post to "Working as Intended".

What is the point of allowing the player to add the Chocobo to the mount list if you can't ride them with the command. I will be taking a video to prove that it's NOT working as intended. If you're going to move a post or ignore them, at least take the time to say how and why you believe that it's "Working as Intended" (Even though you had it as an accepted bug...)
