Fix Obtaining Colorless Souls

The way you have to obtain these is so stupid.
it takes forever to get a T1 to upgrade to a T2 then when you finally have the T2 you cant claim it because everyone has the T2 pop and is spamming the T2 for seals making trying to get a t3 near impossible. Their T2 will never go away either because they have a T3 already and it will not upgrade. Not to mention I've seen several people locate Vnms without even having to rest so it just makes it that much harder.
i cant remember the last time i was able to go into one of the Hero's zones and actually find the T2 not being spammed to death.

Possible solutions to fix this

-Add multiple T2's to the zone
-Make it so all T3 vnm's in any abyssea zone drop colorless souls not just the Hero's zones
-Make it so Players can only hold only 1 abyssite so if it upgrades they have to use it or toss it and upgrade a new one.

because as it stands the shield and the harp are the only 2 Empyreal Weapons where Everything comes from the Hero's zones. Something needs to be done about obtaining these because atm it is easier to get the last stage of both these items then it is to get the second stage all because of the T2 being spammed to death

its not that bad mooched seals off a jp duo for a few hours we poped 5 t3 vnms got 2 souls every kill
