Where in the world did you get this idea? I submitted a lost item report, a GM responded to my call within 2 minutes, I decided during the ocnversation not to have an item restoral (since its 1 time per account unless due to a bug). A few days later, a GM sent me a tell otu of nowhere to follow up on my original request- i explained I changed my mind about it, but he was able to confirm that I did accidentally drop the item. After that, he (SGM Emdub) appeared in front of me in port jeuno and waved/saluted at me then disappeared.

They don't just help people if they feel like it. They help people however they can within the rules that govern their involvement.

Most of the other issues in your post aren't issues either. Please, stop making these trollbait topics. (Taking a controversial viewpoint of something that isn't a problem is just asking for being trolled. By inviting trolling, you yourself are a troll).
