Cannot play game due to constant losing connection to the game server

since the last update i am constantly being kicked from the game every 15-20 minutes or so, this is making it very difficult to do my events, please sort out the problem as i'm really trying to get back into the game and this really isnt helping

Well, you can't tell SE to "sort out the problem" if it's not happening to everyone - Firstly, check if you're routing through Level3.net or any other terrible middleman routes. Secondly, scan if your dats are corrupted because believe it or not, trying to load a corrupted .dat (be it a model/animation) will kick you from the game or freeze/crash you (most commonly), thirdly check your internet in general because you may just be having a local problem that coincidentally cropped up at the time of the update, which does happen because that's just how life is.

How do you think SE or anyone for that matter is going to sort the problem out if you offer zero information?

All I get from the post is "It don't work".

It could be a connection issue at your end..
