Rhapsodies Somber Dreams Mission

I an on the Rhapsodies mission Somber Dreams. I clicked on the ??? to spawn the mob Cetus. I defeated the mob. I then clicked on the ??? next to the conflux and went into Walk of Echoes and for the cutscene with Cait Sith and Lillisette. According to the wikia page, I should have clicked on the first ??? before clicking on the ??? for the Walk of Echoes for a small cutscene. I did not do that and I think that's what causing me to not be able to move on. I need this fixed in order to continue with Rhapsodies.
