Trouble acquiring Shantotto trust: "Curses" quest line does not show up in quest log

Steps:

1. I'm attempting to acquire the Shantotto trust magic, which requires completion of the quest "Curses, Foiled A-Golem!?"
2. This quest is from a series of 3 that begins with "Curses, Foiled Again!" and requires Windurst reputation 4+ (My reputation is 9).
3. None of the three quests show up in my quest log, under active or completed.
4. I am almost positive that I completed this quest series many years ago and acquired the Warp II scroll which is the reward.
5. Shantotto is the quest-giver for all three quests, as well as her trust magic.
6. When I speak to Shantotto, she says "If an adventurer possessing a Windurst Trust permit passed through my domain, It would give me no greater pleasure than to make them writhe in pain."
7. I have the key item "Windurst Trust permit" in my possession.
8. I have also obtained the requisite other trusts in order to acquire Shantotto: Kupipi, Nanaa Mihgo, Ajido-Marujido, Excenmille, Curilla, Trion, Ayame, Naji, & Volker
9. Speaking to her multiple times does not alter her dialog.
