I just talked to SE Support - they know that Phoenix has crashed and they are working on it. They told me there will probably be an announcement on the board soon and if not up by tomorrow call them back.

I'd feel better knowing that SE is working on the problem if they would just let us know that they know there is a problem. 2 1/2 hrs after first report, and no response here AND the server status page still shows Phoenix is up.
