Unable to obtain Periapt or atmacite KIs in providence

I have killed everything in Providence, and seem unable to obtain any KIs except beguiling/seductive/etc. pertrifact KIs.

Steps:
1. Reached Providence after doing all the necessary quests needed for reaching providence
2. Traded 5 phase displacers to planar rift
2. Entered Beguiling Radiance while weakening the encounter with 5 displacers
3. Defeated both Pil and Sarbaz in a party of 2, with 4 trusts.
4. Obtained KI Beguilling Petrifiact, but NO other Kis.
5. Obtained rewards from glimering trove, but no other Kis like atmacites.
6. Repeated 3-6 with maddening radiance, seductive radiance, and provenance watcher. Received multiple cutscenes, but no KIs related to combat completion besides petrifacts for providence watcher.

Do we have to kill the radiance battles and providence watcher WITHOUT phase displacers to get KIs? Seems like an oversight for this kind of fight, when everything else in voidwatch lets you get KIs using phase displacers and capped lights.
