    Some recommendations...

Probably taking a page from Final Fantasy Record Keeper, but there should be more mini-events throughout the months, whether it happens for the entire month, for the week, or even just for the weekend.

Sporadic or not, events like double/triple CP, WKR for triple/quadruple HPBs( and Plutons, Beitetsu, Riftborn Boulders), Walk of Echoes surge+ (plus as increased cp, more temp items, and a slight increase on rare items),ect.

I can go on, and on, but simply put, let's make things a little more interesting each month.

I look forward to see other folks suggestions and recommendations.

Eh, those mini-events are normally offered in games with micro-transactions to encourage you to spend more money on the game. This game just doesn't bring in enough dough to support that.

I liked the rainbow campaign a lot. I wish they would do that instead of these lacklustre month long campaigns. With the month long campaign if there is nothing interesting you're just stuck for the month. Like this month there is absolutely nothing I want to do, so I have only played like once in the last 2 weeks.

And honestly have at least one good gobbie box or login campaign going always, it gets me to log in and if I log in the chances of me actually playing go up substantially. If they are going to make the login campaign items suck they should at least have adoulin dial or unity dial or increased armor from special dial going.

Many of the campaigns act as temporary fixes to outdated content, especially where Voidwatch and Wildskeeper Reives are concerned. Why aren't more people pushing to bring permanent changes to that content instead so you can login and enjoy the game whenever you please rather than only during campaign periods?

    This is perfectly stated.

Because a large number of people will always argue it's fine as it is, mainly due to self interest.

As opposed to the people who complain that its too hard, mainly due to self interest?

It isn't about making content easier or harder to me, it's about updating it to reflect the times. For example, there's nothing "hard" about waiting until JP midnight time to advance to the next mission, but after all these Quality of Life changes that have allowed us to progress much more quickly through the game it makes no sense whatsoever for those brick walls to remain in place. The pace of the game has picked up substantially over the last few years, but not all of it has been adjusted to keep up with that pace.

The OP mentions double/triple CP, and while I did a lot of solo CPing I'd rather the goal of achieving "master" status remain a long term one, so to that I say why not simply update CP rings so their CP bonus/duration is significantly increased? When those rings were introduced the Job Point cap was 550. The cap now is almost 4 times higher, so would it really be unreasonable to expect Trizek and Capacity rings to see a 4X increase to their bonuses?

Wildskeeper Reives should have their respawn times shortened to reflect those during the campaigns (10 mins?), but keep the drop rate at 1 guaranteed HP Bayld with maybe a second drop slot for another HP Bayld or Aged Box? It wouldn't be a game-breaking update, but I think it would be enough to make farming your way towards an Epeolatry or Idris far more appealing and increase the number of HP Bayld for sale.

Voidstones should, unequivocally, have their recharge timers shortened, preferably via some Voidwatch-related quest/mission that retroactively kicks in the same way it worked with Abyssea stones. It takes several thousand stones to farm yourself 1,500 Heavy Metal Plates and 60 Riftcinders/Riftdross. At a recharge rate of 1 every 12 hours it's a ridiculously high wall for a newer player to climb, likewise for a longterm player that wants to upgrade more than 1 Empyrean weapon. We can easily build multiple relics, mythics and aeonics, so why are empyreans still restricted in this manner? There's no practical reason for it.

Again, these changes aren't affecting the difficulty of the content. They would, however, make said content a little more appealing and that would hopefully keep the remaining players glued to the game a bit longer.

Because I'm realistic, but yes, you're absolutely right. They are temporary fixes to content that otherwise is not rewarding enough for folks to play.

Yeah, I notice these "temporary fixes" has kept many of my friends, including myself, away from the game. Not in a bad way, but like it really does suck logging on and can't find anything worth doing....to only find yourself logging off after 30 minutes. Granted, we have events we do, but that runs dry after a while unless we find people that have a particular goal in mind that we can help with.
