1. I am unable to retrieve my full artifact armor for Summoner and Dragoon
2. I have key items Drachen Armor claim slip and Evoker Attire Claim Slip
3. After a 10 year break from the game, I no longer have signed claim slips to trade to retrieve my armor back from Porter Moogle
4. I contacted a GM ingame who was unable to help me and suggested I present a bug report.

Since you have been away for 10 years, porter moogle was not around at that time. These 2 ki are for the older system of AF storage, under armor npcs.

In jueno you will want to see the armor storage npc, Caruvinda Lower Jeuno (J-6).

There are other npcs which you can redeem these claim slips from, read on wiki http://ffxiclopedia.wikia.com/wiki/Armor_Storer
