I have the "Festival Doll" and "Bonbori" lantern on a character and wanted to transfer it to another in my PoL Account, It appears to be trade active between players but not able to use Delivery of "Festival Doll" and "Bonbori" lantern to another character on the same account.

They do not have rare of exp on it as most do nor are they listed on the list found here:

Could this be changed to allow these to be shifted?
