Unwanted Character reset

My main character was reset back to a Reisenjima zone crash on Phoenix a few weeks earlier. The game showed the correct job/gear/location on the log in screen, but when I logged in it was set the job I was on when Reisenjima crashed and it reset my hallmarks back to 500 when i had like nearly 15k

Called a GM, they said to fill a bug report

I would like my character reset back to the same as it was on 5/7/2016 if possible Too

My character was rerolled back to 28. april (Escha Zitah zone crash on Phoenix). When I logged in today, may 9th, all my gear/gil/settings/jp rerolled to that point, and my char was back in Escha Zitah where crash occurred.

I would like my character restored back to status per the 8th of may, 22:00 CET if possible.
