Unwanted Character reset

My main character was reset back to a Reisenjima zone crash on Phoenix a few weeks earlier(April 28th, 2016). The game showed the correct job/gear/location on the log in screen, but when I logged in it was set the job I was on when Reisenjima crashed and it reset all my gear/gil/settings to that point.

Called a GM, they said to fill a bug report

I would like my character reset back to the same as it was on 5/7/2016 if possible
