    Fix for controller lag?

If you activate a controller in the registry or config but don't have it turned on it causes constant lag, can this be fixed?

If I want to use a controller I have to logout, turn on controller support in the registry / config then log back in and use it. Then if I want to stop using it, I have to log out, turn off controller support and then log back in.

The stutter lag caused by having controller activated in the config but not being used is horrible.

Are you using a wireless controller?

Are you using a Joystick interface (like Joypad)?

I'm not having any issues that you're experiencing. (PS4 Controller directly connected to PC via USB, no interface like Joypoad etc installed)

If you activate controller support in the config or registry but unplug it then you get stutter lag, if you have a wireless controller and it turns off then you get stutter lag.

If you leave the controller in full time and it's wired then you have no problem, its the things above that cause it and shouldn't.

That is weird. I don't get that problem with controllers. Maybe you should post on the technical support forum.

    What controller are you using?
