Ambuscade RoE

The Ambuscade RoE > Content > ambuscade > "Ambuscade Primer volume 2" help text is inaccurate. It reads Orcs for Vol 1 same as the volume 1 help text, instead of Dragons for volume 2.

Before I do a bug report of any kind - has anyone else experienced the following:

I started the Tutorial / Basic - Stepping into Ambuscade -> Entered Ambuscade
Won the fight (lost the key item on win)-

Went to check my ROE > Content > ambuscade >

And these do not populate -

I have Ambuscade currency so the NPC just give's me the standards rewards/ask
dialogue - but no matter what else I do it will not UPDATE the ROE options to repeat Ambuscades or even populate them to do them once.

Am I missing a step or has something gone completely wrong.
Multiple Logouts/zoning have been tried as well as a Midnight has passed since my win.

Appreciate any sort of feedback available.
