Rise of the Zilart not installing

Details: I downloaded the installer from the sqex.to/v-7 site and followed the instructions. Upon logging in, I was met with a 10 hour update, once that completed I was able to log into the game. When logging in, I am told that not all expansion data has been installed and Rise of the Zilart is the only (primary) expansion that didn't install (add-on content didn't install either, but I am assuming that RotZ is the reason for that).
Steps: I'm not going to list them because they are already listed on your official site.
Date & Time: March 25, 2016 About 11:00 PM (EST) after which I went to sleep until about 10:00 AM (EST)
Frequency: Every time I log in
Platform: PC
PC Manufacturer & Model Number: Lenova (exact specs are not available)
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium SP1
Graphics Card: Intel HD Graphics (Lenovo)
ISP: Wide Open West
Type of Internet Connection: Broadband 60 MB

Tried deleting the files, downloading them again and running the installer again. Told it to only install RotZ, that seems to have fixed everything.

If it ever happens again uninstall RoZ or any files you think are broke then run ccleaner reg tool then reinstall with a clean download and you should be fine.

I am telling you how i fixed it. I was installing ffxi for a friend and all but wings installed so all i did was fix the reg then install again. If your on windows 10 make sure the one setting is turned on under programs and windows i think it is. the legacy files.

this applys to windows 8 and 8.1 as well.

Thank you for posting had the same issue with zilart and others not be available, installing Zilart only after all was done solved the issue.
