Rise of the Zilart not installing

Details: I downloaded the installer from the sqex.to/v-7 site and followed the instructions. Upon logging in, I was met with a 10 hour update, once that completed I was able to log into the game. When logging in, I am told that not all expansion data has been installed and Rise of the Zilart is the only (primary) expansion that didn't install (add-on content didn't install either, but I am assuming that RotZ is the reason for that).
Steps: I'm not going to list them because they are already listed on your official site.
