Gear disapearance in mog storage slips

I had a Assimilator's Bazubands +1 that disappeared from my possession/mog storage slips. I remember seeing them 3 days ago. Can you please investigate what happened to this piece of gear? Also, can you restore it for me?

I have had a couple items pop in and out of my inventory a couple times over the years. Once I unsubbed for a few months, came back and half my items on mog slips were gone. My empy +1 gear slip was totally wiped and most the +2 were gone too, and this is back when empy +2 meant something. I don't put much trust into mog slips and only store something on them that is quick/easy to grind back out.
