I have a problem with completing Rank 4-1, Magicite (Sandoria)

Background Information
1. I have completed Bastok Rank 10
2. Switched allegiance to Sandoria
3. I am currently on Rank 4-1
4. I have visited all 3 areas, and try touching the Magicite Stones in Davoi, Beadeaux and Castle Oztroja but I dont get any of the key item
a. "Magicite: Aurastone"
b. "Magicite: Optistone"
c. "Magicite: Orastone"

5. But i got a scene at "Audience Chamber" in Ru'Lude Gardens. And I was issued an Air-Pass.
6. I proceeded to Embassy's receptionist at Ru Lude Garden after the scene at Audience Chamber, but i was refused Rank 5. She told me to find about more about Davoi, Beadeaux and castle oztroja.

My progress is not possible and I cannot cancel my mission and I cannot return to Bastok. Please help
