Can not advance San d'Oria mission 6-1 ( Leaute's Last Wishes )

Steps:
1. Started mission give or take 3 to 5 years ago. Had all cut scenes completed and ready to spawn Sabotender Enamorado.
2. Returned to the game less than two weeks ago and decided to compete the mission. Double checked if cut scenes were completed. Halver says to get the Dreamrose and the great hall behind him say they are locked tight. Also the bard npc in the room doesn't show the cut scenes.
3. When i click on the Dreamrose in Western Altepa Desert it says "It is a beautiful desert flower"
Thank you for your time and please help me restart or complete this mission. With nation missions tied into capacity points through Records of Eminence I am losing out on 30% increase.

Update: Visited with a GM who said they used a command on my account to fix the issue so i could complete the mission. They said i might need to start from the beginning of the mission. Talked to the gate guard (says complete my current mission), Halver (still says collect a Dreamrose), Great hall ( still says its locked tight), and finally the bard has not added cut scene for this mission. Went and clicked on Dreamrose and still says "It is a beautiful desert flower" I then logged out of playonline and repeated the steps with no changes.

Helped a lower level link shell member with this mission. He popped Sabotender Enamorado and i two shotted him with my beastmaster. After the monster was dead, I checked the Dreamrose and couldn't recieve the item this way either. (This part was completed before the visit with the gm.)
