Windurst Mission 9-2 Moon Reading Bug - Unable to achieve rank 10

Steps:

1. After Completing BC Fight at Full Moon Fountain, returned to Heaven's Tower and examined Vestal Chamber door twice and watched two Cutscenes.
2. Upon watching the 2nd Cutscene My PS2 Crashed.
3. When logging back in, I was transported to Windurst Walls.
4.When I went to examine the Vestial Chamber door again to try and rewatch the cutscene, no cutscene would initiate.
5.When I check the Status Menu, I am still Rank 9 and I'm unable to rewatch the cutscene or receive the rewards upon completing this mission - The game behaves as if the mission is still somehow incomplete.

I was told by a GM to submit this report on the forums for further assistance.

I don't know Windurst very well, but look around for a Resume Point. They're used to resume interrupted cutscenes.
