Completed The crucible got the KI drained orb completed Aimless journey
No Cs when I talk to Ploh Trisbahk cant progress missions (completed mission with friend that progresses with me and they got cs)
Completed missions past Aimless journey up to (Abomination)
With main toon (Poison)

How far are you along with the Seekers of Adoulin missions?
You need to have completed at least 2-2 "An Aimless Journey" to be able to proceed with the RoV missions from the point where you are now.

Tears for the generals is mission 3-1-6 cant progress past it until I get the cs on main toon (Poison)

Yes, I know. But to progress through that part you also need to have progressed through the first few missions from the Seekers of Adoulin expansion.
If you haven't, that's the sollution, if you have done the Seekers missions then there is another problem.
