Domain Invasion Lag

Does anyone have recommendations to clear up Domain Invasion lag? I'm not talking FPS or that: is there anything that can help with the sudden delay of macro input and commands? Or is that purely server side?

Sometimes I will press a macro, and it will literally complete 5 seconds later. I don't understand how this is supposed to be playable.

/hidetrust and /ignoretrust are about the only two things I can think of that might help with some lag relief. If you're there in JP prime time with a screen filled with players and hundreds of trusts it's going to get bad no matter what.

Yes it's horrible.

Sometimes my macros don't even function at all.

As the previous poster suggested /hidetrust can help - but it's not a solution.
