walk of echoes level 119 only?

I tried to do some woe this evening and every flux was 119 or higher. Is there no way to enter a lower level woe? like the level 75 one? or are they all gone now?

There is a Surge Walk Campaign going atm until the 5 of Jan. No Lv75 walks until then.

Farming dice/coins/residue for unlocking weapon skills is a fair bit easier, for the most part. That being said, I'm a little surprised people aren't doing the Surged walks; there are still some very valuable pieces there such as Pixie Hairpin +1 (~8m on Valefor atm), Flume Belt +1 (~3.5m) and Windbuffet Belt +1 (~4.2m) that are worth a penny if not being actually kept for their use purposes.
