Steps:
1. I did not receive my Mog Pell (Red) on my character Jonah. I just returned to the game from an extended absence (a year and a half), and the item was not in my inbox.
2. However, the rest of my characters on this same account received it. The Mog Pell (Red) items were waiting for them in their delivery box once I reactivated the characters, but Jonah did not receive one.
3. All four of my account characters were activated and deactivated at the same time. They should all qualify for this same item.
4. This would have been for the August 2014 Adventurer campaign. Jonah was active for some of the dates during that timeframe, and should receive the item, just like my 3 other characters did. Essentially, since I subscribe and cancel these characters as a group (at the same time), they would all qualify for exactly the same rewards.
5. Please get back to me as soon as possible. I've called a GM in-game, they told me to post here. I posted here, it was marked insufficient information, and I even sent a customer service email with no reply. Please reply as Jonah is my main character and the Mog Pell (Red) items were largely useless on my other characters as most of the rewards cannot be sent to other characters, even on your own account.
