    cant log into POL

    ive been away from FFXI for 3 yrs to get life in order
    and decided to come back & keep getting an error "XBL user has not set up chat & messaging"
    Any help will be greatly appreciated
    has anyone ever heard of this issue with thier xbox 360?
    someone has to know something or do i need to call SE or xbox?
