Unable to obtain the Orchestrion due to previous years completion music sheets->

Don't think I need to to include system, isp, and um all that for this bug but still let me know if I still should do so in which I also think this was possibly reported once before for a thread in a previous year but not finding it so here it goes.

Correction of title and what I wanted to explain: Unable to obtain the Orchestrion due to having previous years completion of the starlight celebrations Mini-Games in southern san d'oria and port bastok gaining those cities orchestrions music sheets from the mini-game's but I'm guessing it's entirely possible since I don't have those games crafting ingredients that I've gone into dropping those two rewarded orchestration crafting ingredients from a previous year to make much needed room to be opened up that came as a reward along with those KI's of the 2 cities music sheet's as my attempts to play those games again the ability to re-obtain those ingredients from the mini-games needed to craft the orchestrion seem to be blocked due to mini-game registering you as having them completed upon a successful win in which the registering as completed seems to be due to having the the Bastok orchestrion music sheet, Sandy's music orchestrion KI sheets in possession and can only assume it's the same for windy if that impossible game to win were to become completed with a win as well.

Does anyone on the dev crew have time to confirm this is a blocking bug of rendering one unable to obtain/re-obtain the games orchestrion ingredients or not?, please let me know and keep me informed thanks!
