Unity Leader (Ayame (UC)) disappeared from Trust list when used after December update

Hello,

After applying the December update, I went to call out my unity leader - Ayame (UC). I saw her in the list, but once I started the spell, it failed to start, and she disappeared from the list. (There was no error in the log, as the spell didn't start.)

I can still use the "/u" command.

The unity guy in Bastok (Igsli) recognizes me and lets me exchange points.

I can do unity quests, etc.

I just don't have Ayame (UC).

Someone suggested signing up again, but Igsli won't let me. Nor will he let me "change" to Ayame.

Also according to the Unity Menu and its results, I am an active member and earning unity points.

How do I get Ayame (UC) back?

P.S. Someone suggested (actually several people) I change to a different unity and then back to Ayame. Unfortunately, this didn't help, as Ayame never showed up in the available unity list (even after to changing to a different one. ALSO even after changing I still do NOT HAVE ANY Trust / Ego with an (UC) by his or her name!!!

You need to do a certain number of Unity RoEs every week to keep using the leader.

IIRC, you need 5 points (5k accolades) per assessment period (conquest update) to unlock the Trusts, and if you go two assessments without reaching that amount then the Trust disappears until you reach that amount again. The server probably didn't check to update your list until you tried to cast it. Check your personal assessment in the Unity ranking menu. If it's below 5, that's why you lost it.
