Reward items not received

I submitted this as a report to a GM in game, and was told to report my issue here. I purchased the Priceless Remembrance Blu-Ray last month, and promptly entered both reward codes for my main character, Arcarsenal on Odin. I have yet to receive the items for both Vana'diel Bounty I and Vana'diel Bounty II. Everything seemed to have worked on the SE account when I registered the codes, and the codes now appear as previously registered when I attempt to input them again. I would really appreciate this issue being cleared up. Thank you.

After entering the codes on the Square-Enix account and if it is an in-game reward for FFXI, you must go to the Festive Moogles in either Port Bastok, Port San d'Oria, or Windurst Walls by the Mog House areas.
