Steps:
  1. After defeating a Demon Pawn in Xarcabard I leveled up to 50 and learned Plaguebreath
  2. I opened up the Monster Skills menu to read the help text for Plaguebreath and see how much TP it would cost to use the skill.
  3. I noticed the help text read: "Deals water damage to enemies within a fan-shaped area originating from caster. Additional effect: Silence."
  4. Knowing that Plaguebreath, historically, has had an additional effect of poison instead of silence, I tested the move on an Evil Eye
  5. I used Plaguebreath on an Evil Eye in Xarcabard and turned my Lizard monster around.
  6. After about a minute, my log displayed "The Evil Eye is no longer poisoned."
