To be frank, Honor March is pretty darn terrible, even more so when you consider that the instrument has no + songs on it. You are basically getting an unbuffed, terrible, low tier set of songs. To cap magic haste without having to rely on Marcato (which is TERRIBLE), - assuming you have a standard party setup where Haste1 is your only other source of magic haste -, you'd still need to cast Advancing, Victory, and Honor March. It's ok for a 4 song bard, but for a 3 song bard they'd probably be better of just using Victory and Advancing and a high tier Madrigal or Minuet.

I guess if these weapons are stupidly easy and cheap to make, them being bad is to kind of be expected. If, however, they are somewhat/difficult to obtain, this is pretty disappointing :<
