I'm at the part where you have to activate the quasilumin to begin the escort phase of the quest. The quasilumin deactivates immediately upon being spawned saying "Patrol routine time restriction exceeded." It does this every time I activate it. I've logged out and logged back in, doesn't work. I've waited an hour before activation, doesn't work. I've zoned in and out, doesn't work. I've back tracked my steps for a few hours now and I'm 100% positive I've done all cut scenes required leading up to this point. I ran across another player and he was having the same trouble. Apparently it's been going on for several days now for him.
