2. Checked all available titles for repurchase from Traveling Bard.
3. Title "Champion of the Dawn" is unavailable no matter how many times I checked from all 3 Bards.

This is a bug; I have fulfilled all requirements and have had the title previously. I have also checked with EVERY Traveling Bard and the title is unavailable.
