As for campaign weapon skills, this is still in the discussion phase and there have been no concrete plans made as of yet.

Griffinclaw Uriel Blade and Plds (Originally Posted around 7/17/2014)

We do not have any plans at the moment to unlock Uriel Blade for use outside of Campaign.

Pretty much not concrete but not 100% not going to happen. I sense a "We do not plans to implement this" from the devs if they see and reply to this topic tho.

...but then I HAVE been proven wrong before by the moderators.
