Mysterious Marker on my map of Port Bastok

Hello,

I am a casual player, logging on about a couple times a week and consequentially I've fallen a lot behind on content. Nonetheless, I have been dabbling in the new features of the game that have been added since my most active playtime phase winded down (about a couple years ago).

Today in particular I have discovered the Map Marking NPCs that help you find quests that you may have missed in the cities, and so I went around Bastok hunting some quests down.

However, something odd occurred when I went to Port Bastok for some quests. There was a green marker already set by the game (you can't manually add green markers, only purple ones), and it was there before I'd ever spoken to the AMAN NPC for quest markers. I have no idea how it got there. It was named "???" and it was by the zone to Bastok Markets to the west. However, as I went there to inspect, there was nothing, only the usual Galkan NPC who tells you that the zone to Bastok Markets is there.

I have even tried to zone in and out from that spot to see if that would trigger anything, but nothing happened. Can anyone help me delve into this mysterious mark? I've been searching on google for threads and posts on the matter, but haven't found any.

99.9999% it's just a glitch.
