no relic reforge and i talked with both npcs

so here it is.
I have both af and empy reforge options open to me at the npc but not relic I have traded all the items needed for the reforge for a relic a+2 a non augmented relic gear and instead it only stores rems chapters.

Didn't need it for my old char . Only past the tezen fight or nearish to it to do any reforge.

BG wiki says you need to be past The Warrior's Path. Old wiki says Dawn.

I just tested on my mule that I've been working toward reforged relic armor. When I had the mule talk to Monisette the option for relic was not in the list. I then talked to Sagheera regarding relic restoration, afterward spoke with Monisette again and she then offered relic as a reforged option. My mule is on A Fate Decided. Hope that helps.

This, you need to talk to Sagheera about the relic upgrade then the option becomes available.
