F8 Functionality Change

I've been using the f8 key for over a decade in my targeting. The change is the most frustrating thing I've faced in the game to date. F7 for target NPC please.

Same... I discovered f8 almost as soon as I started getting used to the controls in like 03 and has been a major factor in my targeting since. If it hadn't existed I quite possibly might not have even primarily lvld mages especially rdm at first because it would make target changing that much harder
