Ok, here's what's going on. I'm working on Wings of the Goddess, I plan on finishing that before continuing with Rhapsodies of Vana'diel (yes, I know it's not required but I decided to do it anyway).

Currently active in my Quest log for Crystal War is "Beast from the East" and "Face of the Future". Currently active for Wings of the Goddess is "Adieu, Lilisette" and for Add-Ons -> Rhapsodies of Vana'diel is "Sacrifice".

Ok, so Wings of the Goddess! I got as far as the fight in Yughott Grotto. I finished the fight quickly, got the cutscene, and was placed in Ghelsba Outpost. I went to Batallia Downs and clicked on the Cavernous Maw and it had the option for "The Past" or "Walk of Echoes". I chose "The Past" and I didn't get the cutscene I was supposed to get. I did not get the Griffon Ring. I've back-tracked to Goblin Footprints, attempted to do the fight again with no luck, and nothing has changed.

Rhapsodies of Vana'diel: I am on "Sacrifice". As far as I remember, I have gotten the necessary cutscenes for clicking the Maw in Batallia Downs. My next step was to click the Ornate Door in Walk of Echoes. No luck. I went to Passhow Marshlands [S] and attempted to enter Walk of Echoes through there, nothing. Same results with Grauberg [S]. Attempted to start the NM fight but as predicted, no-go.

I've spoken to two GMs and commented on a post earlier. I've searched many sites and it seems like I'm not the only one. I'm not seeing any solution to this. I can't progress in Wings of the Goddess and Rhapsodies of Vana'diel at this time.

I have also tried going through all of the Goblin Footprint cutscenes for each of these areas to try and re-trigger events. No changes.

***UPDATE***
As of the 16 Sept 2015 update, I can now access the appropriate cutscene. It seems this has been resolved. Thanks, SE!
