Moogle Kupo De Tate Mission number 4 bug

Ok, I am on this mission, I went to get all three items early on which I did.

Sturdy Metal Strip
Savory Lamb Roast
Rugged Tree Bark

I misread some information on a website walkthrough doing this mission, I turned in the three ki's to the Goblin NPC Squintrox Dryeyes for a Blue coral key.

I tried to talk to the moogle with that Blue Coral key, which it won't work anyhow he wants the three previous ki's and not the Coral key key item.

So I went back to mine, harvest, and log for another set of ki's but I've gone through about 3 stacks of each HELM item and didn't get another set of ki's as of yet. So I am assuming this a bug in the game, as I cannot progress any further until I can get these Key Items.

Any idea's?

Squintrox is for getting keys to open the Tenshodo chest for items with augments from the add-ons. That's all he does. It's so you can get rewards again without having to redo the missions completely.

The keys are to open the Tenshodo treasure chest, not to give to the Moogle. You have to refarm the KIs, and they can drop if you don't already have them. You are probably just unlicky with the drop, ot you missed the message.
