Easier Access to Crafting Recipes, Please

It was a few years ago that some of the image-support NPCs started to give you a list of all the recipes you could craft at or below your skill. However, when looking for recipes with which you can improve your skill, you're stuck with either getting random recipes one-at-a-time from NPCs or, more realistically, consulting FFXIclopedia.

Why not change the other image-support NPCs so that they, too, present a list of recipe suggestions? It would cut down on the back-and-forth of trying to raise a crafting skill and make the process that much less annoying.

basically, you're saying the image dudes should give you recipes for 5 skill levels above you and lower instead of your skill and lower?

Right now, the image dudes/dudettes come in 3 flavors:

1.) Charge for imagery, gives you a random recipe that's well above your skill
2.) Free imagery, gives you a random recipe that's slightly above your skill
3.) Free imagery, presents you a browsable list of all recipes at or below your skill.

I'm saying that, instead of a single random recipe, types 1 and 2 should also present browsable full list. Type 1 would give you a list of recipes well above your skill level for you to browse, and type 2 would give you a list of recipes slightly above your skill level.

Basically, I want the same recipes from the same NPCs, but without having to deal with /random on types 1 and 2.

(I also wouldn't mind an NPC that answers the question "What can I make with this ingredient, if anything?" but I'm not going to hold my breath on that one)
