OK going on 4 days now and this issue still has not been resolved. There have been a few updates from SE and some people have verified that they are able to log on as if nothing ever happened.

I still log on and then am told that I must reactivate. Once I do that it gives me the error code and logs me out.

FYI this is not a problem with your computer or your software, it's a problem on SE's computers and their software not giving you access to use them. I put that in because I've read about a few people who think reinstalling can help them. It can't.
