Steps:

I'm getting the 30% reduction in TP cost of Waltzes from Contradance Effect Job Point category whether or not I have contradance activated.

At 500 TP, a Curing Waltz III leaves me with 150 TP. 150TP being 30% of 500TP.
At 1412 TP, a Divine Waltz II leaves me with 852 TP. 1412 - 852 = 560 TP spent on 800 TP Divine Waltz II, so I'm getting the 30% saving there, too.

Same for all the other waltzes. They're all costing 30% less even without Contradance active.

Unless I'm completely misunderstanding the wording of the category, I should on get the 30% savings while the JA Contradance is in effect.

Because it's a bug, it's not supposed to be that way, and to continue to use it knowing that I'd be exploiting a flaw is something I can't do.
